  • DESIGN CONSULTATION

    During this informal meeting, we simply want to get to know each other and give you an opportunity to let your ideas take shape. By getting to know our clients, and understanding their investment goals and vision for the new home, we’re able to build a relationship that becomes the foundation for our homebuilding philosophy and process. We conclude by providing client, vendor and financial references for review, and we recommend construction financing options.

  • DESIGN GUIDE AND BUDGET

    Using notes from the Design Consultation, we outline in writing critical details of the proposed home, such as the finished living area, the basement criteria, size of the garage, master suite location and architectural style. We also provide a written set of preliminary specifications that detail the proposed features and finishes of the home.

  • CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

    Provided our references and Design Guide align with client expectations, we will proceed with the Conceptual Design. These plans are the backbone of a custom home build, and they help to bring the home’s layout to life. Items such as room sizes and architectural style of the home are also determined before the conclusion of the Conceptual Design phase. Finally, we provide an initial cost estimate for the home.

  • CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

    Provided our references and Design Guide align with your expectations, we will proceed with the conceptual designs. These plans are the genesis of your custom home and begin to bring to life the proposed layout of the home, expected room sizes and architectural style. With our 20-plus years of experience, we have the knowledge and experience to keep you on track to meet the goals outlined in our Design Guide.   • PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

    In collaboration with our clients, we complete a final review of house placement and other details of the plot plan, we review specifications, and sign the final construction plans. During this meeting, we also introduce our clients to our Construction Manager, and provide a detailed roadmap for going from concept to completion.

  • CONSTRUCTION

    Plans come to life and your home becomes a reality. We carry our collaborative approach from the design phase forward into construction. It is our goal to ensure your home is just as you envisioned, so your input is welcomed and expected. You’ll work directly with our interior design team to ensure your home is a true reflection of your lifestyle.

  • ENJOY YOUR NEW EXECUTIVE HOME

    With the home orientation complete and the final details solidified, we turn over the keys to your new home.
